What this site collects, and why.
Short version: I only keep what I need to send you the newsletter you asked for or to reply to a message you sent. Nothing here is sold or shared for advertising.
Who is responsible
This is the personal site of Beatrix Vojtekova. For anything about your data, write to hello@beatrixvojtekova.com.
Newsletter
When you subscribe I store your email address, the page you subscribed from, and the time. You'll get a confirmation email first; nothing is sent until you click it. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all sending; write to me if you also want the address deleted. Emails are delivered through Resend (Resend, Inc.), which processes the address on my behalf.
Contact form
When you write to me I store your name, email address, the topic and your message so I can read and reply to it. Messages are kept for up to twelve months after our conversation ends, then deleted. Notifications about new messages are also sent through Resend.
Analytics
No analytics or tracking cookies are used on this site.
Server logs
The web server records requests (IP address, page, time, browser) for security and debugging, kept for a short period and then rotated. The site is hosted on a server rented from Contabo GmbH.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email hello@beatrixvojtekova.com and I'll sort it out. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
